Why would someone want to "naked short" a stock selling at a fraction of a penny, while he could choose hundreds of other stocks selling much higher or at least a penny? What you are saying is that this "crook" is robbing lemonade stands while ignoring banks? I know there are stupid people in the world, but I don't believe they are that stupid.
