That's tends to the irrelevant and 'OFF TOPIC' from my POV. No one here cares about what might have happened at some other company. Lots of companies screw up, but usually in the early stages. That's not typically the case for firms like PLNI who have been in business for 17 years under the same management. All the Press and website info coming out of PLNI has been reasonably succinct (..aka: fluffless..), to the point, and has basically happened as described and per the schedule - with the exception of the audit. The audit was clearly delayed by the complications caused by the ongoing acquisitions. I'm also certain that everything is secondarily reviewed by Big Apple, who are industry Pro's, since the PRs go out under their 'by line'. I'm looking forward to the next several weeks, as I expect to see lots of bilious blustering 'BashHoles' thoroughly coated with mass quantities of ethereal "..bovine fecal matter.." and subsequently appliqued with generous helpings of crow down. John :-) .
