1. Alex, when the CFO tells you that the stock is expensive, you had better believe him. I am sure he discussed everything with Billy boy before making the comments he did to the press.

2. MSFT has stopped purchasing stock for the FIRST time. Institutions are selling into the rally. A good buying opportunity in my opinion is in the $100 - $115 range.

3. I am referring to the 50 day moving average not the 200 day MA.

Unless MSFT has good news to report, I see a gradual downtrend with the usual bumps along the way. To date, they boldly telling you to stay away from the stock and let it come down to earth.

It's upto you. Would you rather listen to the stockbroker or the MSFT CFO. Good luck if you buy at these levels.
