They aren't your assets after you are dead.


1 - I don't think I agree. They certainly are not the government's assets. Well if it seizes them they become the governments assets but that is just a factor of the government having the power in this situation, not a matter of the government having an inherent right to them.

2 - What if I give them away before I die?
