More crap from those whom tried the slander last week. I called the number at the bottom of the list and the lady said there was no one around at the Palm Springs Hand & Hand Office ((714) 489-2400). A person by the name of Jay (sp) Hand called back and claimed that he was the attorney for the so called NEW Olympus Ventures out of Washington State. Need I say he was surprised when I told him that Gary Morgan and OVIS had filed complaints with the NASD, with copies to the FBI and that the State Of Washington and that I was in possession of a faxed copy of the State Of Washington, Secertary Of State certificate signed and dated by Ralph Munro stating that Certificate Of Existence/Authorization of Olympus Ventures, Inc. When I told about the NASD and FBI, the voice on the other end of the telephone started to back down and hung up on me.

I would not fall for this latest attempt to try and sink the company.

I called Gary Morgan's home number and was told that Gary & Roland are in Phoenix, AZ for the next 3 days. I told his wife to have Gary call me as soon as he calls home, and relayed what was going on to her. She knew about the latest attempts and will pass the information to Gary later tonight. I also left a message at OVIS corporate phone number. 954-565-9292.
