Nonsense. The discussion over the Patriot Act renewal is a good thing as would any similar discussion which implicated our basic rights....it has nothing to do whatsoever with the perfectly legal NSA program. I agree with the need for discussion over the Patriot Act; however, I would suggest to you that the wiretapping without warrants does not appear to be "perfectly legal" and even if it is, it sets a dangerous precedence. The move to expand the president's powers must be stopped asap.
