The NSA program is perfectly legal. Some expansion of the President's power in time of war is to be expected....its must be watched of course, but no rights are absolute...and rights mean little if we are all dead or our country is poisoned by nukes or CW.....its hard to win a fight while playing by the Marquis of Queensbury rules while the other guy is free to bite, kick and gouge.... That is why, while the discussion is good and sunsetting of certain provision makes sense, the context is also important.... J.
