Dr. Bond: VVUS investor relations should be able to provide guidance about news items. It appears they have not had any changes, per the prior post #3399. The information they provided must not give anyone an unfair trading advantage. Investor relations deal with the appropriate and full disclosure of information everyday. It appears VVUS is perfectly positioned for the earnings blowout run. Long live THE MUSE!! John B.
