Why must she buy a more 'practical" house right now, may I ask? You say the condo is "huge" and the last time I looked, a baby weighs about 6 pounds and can be stashed in a crib in a small room somewhere. I just am running out of patience with all the BS surrounding this whole housing bubble thing. People are just nuts! Greed runs everything and practical considerations go out the window.
