What rights have you lost?? You think the Bushies are not spying on those who disagree with their political agenda? Who is to say that they haven't when they have not confided in the judicial system like all other past Presidents have done. Bush broke the law by going around the FISA court deliberately The law is very clear that he needs to go to FISA and not the Congress.
