The company made no statement, which proves that there is no bad news expected, IT IS ALL A FARCE OF THE MM'S.

Ascend does not have the shares available to trade another 30 mil. at these levels there are only 180 mil outstanding and close to 100 mil traded on the downslide.

Not too many more investors will part with their shares at a 2 year low with substanial losses FOR NO GOOD REASON. STOCK HAS TO MOVE UP
