Is it possible that the phone number listed in the news release belongs to an innocent party who has no knowledge of the whole thing, or have we confirmed that they're part of this.

After all, it is a phony news release. Why would they put their own phone number on it - perhaps they have something against this law firm and thought that it would be funny to flood them with phone calls from angry investors. Not funny.
