I have used both and decided to go with RTtrader. AT has much better feeds than Rttrader but I hope that RTtrader will work it out. There is no 100% reliable data provider on the Internet but RTtrader seems to have more problems than others. One serious one is significant delay soon after opening and frequent interruptions.
AT has some features that RTtrader does not have like option series with implied volatility, deltas, thetas etc but my needs are satisfied by RTtrader for much less per month.
I think that if I was going to spend $300/month then I would go with system that did not depend on Internet. So you are right there is a catch.
