I don't know if you trade the Gold market or short stocks; but there may be a very good short sale opportunity coming in regard to the Gold Miners.

Look at the Gold/XAU Ratio:

If that ratio falls under 4, that means that the Gold Mining Stocks are extremely expensive in relation to the POG and should be shorted.

If the Gold/XAU ratio rises above 5, that means the miners are dirt cheap in relation to the POG and should be bought. The last buy signal was given here:

The Gold/XAU ratio got down to around 4.02 late last week. I think we may see 3.75-3.8. Exuberance is tremendous in Gold Land.

GFI, HMY, NEM are good short sale candidates when the time is ripe. I see a 50% haircut for HMY, 40% for GFI, and 25%-30% for NEM.
