Piper Jaffray notes that Samsung disclosed this morning in a Korean regulatory filing that it had signed a licensing contract with Ovonyx Inc. for non-exclusive use of patent rights for semiconductor PRAM technology. They say the license is for 10 years and the contract period is from 12/28/05 through 12/27/2015. They note that ENER owns 41.7% of Ovonyx.
