There seems to be quite a disagreement about the time table, when Iran actually could produce an atomic bomb, if indeed, Iran goes down that road. Anywhere from a year to 15 years. That is quite a spread.

But if you put yourself in Israel's place, the actual moment that a bomb is made is not necessarily the time you want to take military action, and so the time argument may not be that relevant. Although Israel has advertised her intentions vis a vie Iran, they have not advertised the hour.

A lot of things can happen between now and then, and some may not be by chance. Maybe the next big event will involve Iranian terrorists, just to soften up the opposition for war. I just don't know, but it surely seems to me we are rushing into an unavoidable collision course between two intransigent opposites.
