DONATIONS TOWARDS CONTEST ADMINISTRATION

My thanks go out to the many SI friends that have donated towards contest
administration to help cover a portion of the time, supplies and subscriptions that go
into making this contest work.

You should know that I do not intend to get rich quick off of your generosity. This
contest requires somewhere between 3-10+ hours of my time per week depending on
the stage of the contest. The busiest time is when one contest is ending and another is
just begining. The initial setup of the new contest and verfication of the old can make
for very busy times indeed.

The best part about receiving donations towards adminstration costs is reading the
letters of thanks that usually accompany them. I have received donations from the
following areas (names will not be listed as most wish to remain annonymous):

Alberta (mostly Calgary), British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec in Canada
Texas, VA (is this Vermont or Virginia?), New Jersey, Oregon in USA

As much as I hate to say it, Calgary, AB is the most generous and frequent supporter
to date. For some reason I have yet to receive an Edmonton (my home town) donation
towards contest administration (although several have promissed). Thanks Calgary.

As mentioned before, average donations are between $10 and $20. US or Cdn dollars
doesn't matter. As I have told several persons before, if you have enjoyed the
contest(s) and feel that you have gained something (either in entertainment or
educational value) then feel free to give what you can afford. Your donation in no way
affects your results or prizes that you may or may not be eligible for.

If you would like to donate a prize and/or cash towards a contest prize then please
indicate this in your letter. For example you might want to donate $15 with $10
towards admin. costs and $5 towards first place. I will ensure that the winner receives
all monies pledged to them which I receive.

If you or your business would like to donate a prize directly to the winner let me know
the details and we can make all of the arrangements to get you the proper recognition.

Donations can be sent to/ made payable to:

Eric Lyseng
Box 64076
11528-107 Avenue
Edmonton,AB, Canada
T5H 4K7

Thanks again. Your continued support and enthusiasm for this contest is what keeps
me continuing on with subsequent contests.
