Short Interest in Ciph lowest level in over one year. Dec 15
short interest is 400k shares down from 550k the previous month. The short interest is saying this company is going to be around alot longer than some of the doomsayers have been saying. January will be a very interesting month for CIPHE.
Maybe than will be able to drop the "E"
