$150/ft2 is not cheap by Raleigh standards. They must have had some run up already?
The research triangle in the Raleigh, Duram, Chapel hill area is a nice feature unlike the brain drain in some Florida areas.
I hope for your sake it doesn't get over-run by the so called "halfbacks".
Of course, as a Realtor, you want to make sales. Then again, do Realtors ever think about what they are doing to their own back yard? Most of them would shoot the last breeding pair of a species just for a few dollars.
