It's the nature of government, it's what government does. They manipulate for the common good. Socially, legally, economically. The argument is and has always been what is good and what is bad.

You argue against what YOU perceive to be liberal or Democrat, but seldom rail against what is commonly perceived to be conservative or Republican.

Me thinks you are a counterfeit libertarian.
