Ever since PAIR announced ADSL, I've thought US West would go w/ PAIR for their ADSL. They've got a great relationship there and it would fit with a one-stop solution. You always want to get 100% of the market, but I see WSTL doing so well as things stand everywhere else, it wouldn't bother me a lot to see PAIR get a small slice.
