Don't blame Business Wire. They've got a lot of releases to deal with and they wouldn't knowingly let a phony release slip through - they know that investors rely heavily on their reports. Getting scammed like this is probably one of their worst fears as it can damage their credibility. In fact, I would imagine that BW has rights to sue these people as much as we do. Just my opinion.
