That is the only one that might be defensible. I'm against the draft but unless it is public policy that we aren't going to have a draft at any point no matter what $26mil a year for the maintenance of the infrastructure for a draft isn't unreasonable.

What does any of this have to do with FEMA?


Its one possible explanation for why FEMA can't get their act together. But the primary reason I posted it to you is that it makes a very clear case for why pork spending is out of control.
