Take that $900k and invest it properly where RE cash flows to yield at least 8-9% and leverage wisely or just go ahead and find the next GOOG. Hey another alternative World Savings you can now earn 4.75% by tiering 6 month CD's which is huge increase from what it had been<g>

Whatever the condo bubble is in Manhattan now it is actually far worse in Florida where you have these new units in $600K+ range with a very limited rental market at price points to even cover much above total operating expenses.. On a cash flow basis they are really worth little more than zero<g>
