Thomas, just to get the facts on my last posting to You right: many out there don't realize that Lambda-Physik, the excimer laser company is 80% owned by COHR. In fact, they are selling a lithographic laser line since Dezember of 1996. They have entered development partnership agreements with UTEK & ASMLF, probably also the other stepper manufacturers (Canon, Nikon, SVGI). If they can get this product moving, we all at COHR will be rewarded. best wishes, CROSSY
