Regardless of opinions about valuation, ya gotta agree that AOL's deal instantly raised by great amount the standards to which it will be held in all things. It will be subject to more intense scrutiny than ever before, and the market is likely to be less forgiving of shortfalls and mistakes. And now, gestalt of potential is at all-time high.

BTW, the market doesn't seem to have fully factored that AOL can't start even trying to gain from CSi's subs until the deal closes-- which may be six months due to the Feds, or two earnings periods. And actually realizing any gain could take another six months or more. A virtual lifetime in this business.
