"That's about as low as a human can go." A $200k Red Cross scam? It's regrettable but hardly the low mark for human behavior in 2005. At least not according to the newspapers I read. The Red Cross itself has been accused of scamming its donors (for millions) by collecting for specific causes and refusing to pay out for same.
