21? Are you kidding? Who lent these people money? And excuse me for being a bitch but if they can't manage simple finances, how can they be expected to raise a kid? I have a 23 year old niece and I wouldn't lend her $10 for an ice cream cone. At that age, they can barely balance a checkbook! If a lender eats those loans, they deserve it.
