USA consumerism, housing bubble and all debt is good sure helped to<g> I also think they all confuse real investing, real wealth and generating cash flow with lifestyle choices of buying the biggest baddest home they can afford or spending $30k remodeling a kitchen to keep up with their peers. This goes not just for 21 year olds but 41, 51 and even 61 it seems these days<g>
