"There are many useful numbers in that report and it bears some study. For example, the unseparated NTS revenue requirement per loop for South Park Telephone company in Colorado (not a joke, see page 3-333) is $3,665.19 and Sandwich Isles Telco's NTS cost is a whopping $8,071.13/year (page 3-334). In contrast, the annual NTC cost for Verizon-District of Columbia is $115.65 (page 3-333, bottom of the page)."
