I know 3Com. 3Com is a friend of mine. And, Ascend is no 3Com.

One difference, of which there are many, is that 3Com's management has the respect of Wall Street. Ascend, due to their massive amounts of FUD in recent months, has none. They are now reaping what they themselves have sewn. Or, rather, their shareholders are.
