They 'determined' something that they were SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED from looking at at ALL??????????? GEE... there must be all this great video you have of the Senate panel being denounced everywhere for EXCEEDING the task they were assigned, and IGNORING all the rules that governed their inquiry, LOL! (In what imaginary world did this supposedly happen? Because in this world all I remember is the Senate panel members patiently going on talk show after talk show, and EXPLAINING that their inquiry was NOT TASKED with examining WHAT the President did with the intelligence data that was presented to him, instead they only fulfilled the task that was assigned to them: to examine the intelligence process and product that was provided to the Executive.) (PS --- I understand the Dems were hoping and calling for another panel that would examine what the President actually did with intelligence data that was presented to the Executive, but that ain't going to happen, now is it? :)
