It's not the companies that need regulation - it's the traders who naked short the company to oblivion and that practice should be stopped. How? I leave that to those who know best - the SEC, the DOJ, the stock exchanges, all of the above. I've had it. The answer better be forthcoming, effective and quick or I will not be pleased.
