Rules Update 12.29.2005

Transparent Flamingo Rules - this is the standard in order to be considered for the list.

1. Must be a pinksheet stock

2. Must have filed a 15c2-11 and use a transfer agent that will release the Authorized shares and Issued Shares(if the transfer agent is gagged, then the company must use a IR guy from a real IR company).

3. Must not have EVER executed a reverse split.

Note -

~> The Transparent Flamingo operates under a Y rating (suitable for all children). Therefore, any company that has ANY products/services/affiliates not suitable for children will not be considered for the list.

~> The Transparent Flamingo reserves the right to remove a company from the list at any time.
