Not since '26 has we had a land rush like this.

I guess you have lived a sheltered life. Real estate booms in NY's suburbs, Boston, SF, San Jose, LA and nearly every other attractive urban center preceeded Clinton, and were the result of local demographics and economy.

Oh, if the RE bubble starts to unravel you'll know what a REAL problem is. Besides...I want to let Ted know why he has to live with mummy and daddy because he can't afford his own house.

You oversimplify like a kid with a gripe...there has never been a real estate decline at the national level. There have been local busts, but the national average of RE has always been up. What does that tell you? You bitch about Clinton's tax relief and make no reference the extremely low interest rates and the role they play in real estate speculation, demographic factors, local market economic conditions...where's Clintons' tax effect here in NC? our real estate is flat and has been for the five years I have been here...give us a break.
