Jipangu got only the Nevada mining properties, not any of the MT mine or other minining interest in Montana, as well as shares and options which which will give it 19% of outstanding stock if all options are exercised.

The play in AGT is almost 100% based on Black Fox, in Ontario.

Feasibility study due out in first quarter and perhaps assay reports on final holes drilled in Nov. will be released prior to that.

The reports to date on Black Fox drilling are very robust. No bonanza holes but still very interesting.

Have not followed QEE and WGDF. They may well be better buys.

AGT has interesting land position in Chihuahua. The Huizopa project, close to Mulatos and Dolores. But no drilling and IMO no way to finance anything there until Black Fox is well along.

Slides at MT have brought mining to a standstill there. So even financing Black Fox is going to be difficult.

Part of the play is of course why do Jipangu and RAB like this company??? Perhaps they will just want to flip their shares to a large miner should Black Fox prove to be what management wants it be, "a world class mine"
