I spoke to Fletcher Chamberlin today. He represents Harris,
Massey, Henrickx - the IR firm for MTON. 513 973-9226

Fletcher told me that he was not familiar with the two companies
that I mentioned as competitors: VOL and AMXI. He believes that
there are no publicly traded companies that compete with MTON and
that the competition comes from two smaller private companies: NXX
and Heaven's Com. The real competion is however the wireless carriers
that choose not to offer Enhanced Directory Services (EDS).

The company is scheduled to open an L.A. office in the near future.
Possibly in the fourth quarter. It depends on caller volume. Their
contract with Sprint is particularly interesting and exciting. As
Sprint volume increases, MTON is contracturally obligated to service
Sprint's customers. Sprint had zero customers as of November 96
and since June 97 Sprint subscribers have been multiplying at a
tremendous rate. MTON has a similar arrangement with AT&T, SO AS
WIRELESS USAGE GROWS, MTON GROWS!!!! We covered the growth of
wireless usage in our report, so I won't reiterate it here.

MTON expects to add another service in OCT. Subscribers will be
able to get driving directions. I would imagine that an announcement
regarding this service will be forthcoming as well as announcements
regarding new call centers as the volume dictates.

MTON will be reporting on or about the second week of Oct. They are
expecting to show a small profit. The earnings are being reduced
by the expansion. There are no plans to issue more shares to fund
the growth.

We concluded our conversation with discussing institutional buying.
Fletcher agreed that there is interest and that the company expects
to receive institutional attention at this time.
