Real Estate crash? Where? I must have missed it. Just sold my current home within 24 hrs of listing it for full price. That's a 58% appreciation over 3 1/2 years.

I close on my new home at the end of February. Talked to the Town Tax Assessor yesterday. They just did a revaluation and I'll be buying the new home at a 12% discount relative to the tax assessment, which is generally very generous relative to true market value.

Did the home inspection today. No big trouble there.

Yup, I'm taking it up the keester while you chumps piss and moan about bubbles! LOL!
