Jason, I or my associate (or both) plan to attend the conference call tomorrow as well. I agree that tomorrow is likely to be the last opportunity to buy at $4.5.

Yes, I have been in touch with Liviakis but have not talked yet with the new CEO and CFO. I have discussed details of their business plan and will share some of that on this thread when I think it is appropriate. I think that if they meeet modest expectations for sales in conjunction with the GTE agreement alone that the stock will be valued much higher than it is now. Of course the GTE agreement is just one of several that they soon expect to have in place for the Enabler and other, yet to be announced products and agreements that they are working on.

Upper management of GTE has reportedly thoroughly poured over USWD's business plan and had some reaction to its pro-forma projections: they thought they were very doable if not overly conservative in light of the success they achieved at trial. To address GTE's and others concerns about the ability to handle rapid growth, the company has agreements with three contract assembly houses. Two of these are Wellex and Selectron. I don't know the other one. Wellex and Selectron are well respected companies which each have the ability to produce the large quantities of product needed. The third supplier was said to be lesser known but to have somewhat better pricing. 11,000 Enabler units are currently in production in anticipation of the GTE roll-out early next month. There may be some problems in ramping production much more rapidly because of lead times in wireless modem chips from Motorola and Uniden. I think that by the time they run into this problem that we investors will be mighty happy because it will mean achieving a high level of success.

The conference call and other news and analysis over the next few days and weeks should be very interesting.

This should be a good one.
