Tell you what, TP. Maybe some state will wish to be a test case....Maybe CA or WA. Register the people who currently have an addiction problem. Note the problems that come from drug abuse now in those areas. Note the percentages of people in each community who have currently had a problem with someone who has a drug problem, and has broken the law. Interview those families who have been violated by a murder, rape, robbert, or whatever else, because of a drug related crime. Then Legalize whatever substances you wish. Go back in 3 years and see what the situation is at that time. Are there less robberies in certain areas? Less petty crimes? Less rapes? Less murders? Maybe there will be fewer crimes. Maybe not.
