I agree with Carolyn, Rudi. Take care of yourself first and just resolve to get it done when you feel much better. Cupboards always need to be cleaned when you feel at your best and then you won't put things back that really need to be chunked and let frugality take over your thoughts. Food pantries are always in need of food after the holidays, so please keep them in mind for all you remove. Amen to me to remember that also.....

This reminds me of a friend who lost her husband and decided to tackle her pantry. Said she was surrounded by all kinds of food on the table, counters and floor. When she finished, she realized she had cake mixes that were five years old and other food that if she cooked them now, she would probably get food poisoning. She now makes lists and sticks to them. She said her husband loved to cook without using recipes, just his memory and she never learned how to make the dishes he made. She just ate what he fixed being thankful he cooked for her and hoping he wasn't trying to poison her....LOL
