Real Estate: I recently purchased a few shares of thinly-traded TUX. I find attractive the stock selling below net asset value and persistent buying by an insider. I did not realize that TUX was a "publicly held affiliate" of WNMLIA. Not sure if it's a negative or a non-issue. (It's a negative though that I wasn't aware of the relationship.)

Recently re-entered Florida land-developer ALCO. At current price, it's very difficult to evaluate the price/value relationship. Here again though, I'll bet with some insiders who have been recent buyers. In this Florida venue I continue to hold similar company CTO; also homebuilders that are associated predominantly with Florida - TOA, LEV, BFCF (took short-term capital losses on some shares), and TARR. Not that I'm so enamoured of Florida or Florida land: more that the companies just seemed like bargains when I looked at them.
