BTW, the point is not what PLNI is not doing, but what they are doing. Most pink sheet stocks don't even file, let alone file an S-4. If any smaller cap stocks ever do file, it's usually an 8-K.

Try this experiment: type "pending SEC approval" into Google. I get 552 hits, 11 with PLNI in it. Add "-NASDAQ" and the count drops to 281. The point is, no matter how you slice it, you don't see companies put those words (or similar; e.g. "subject to SEC approval only garners 669 hits) into their press releases. Ask yourself why.
