Hi Jerry,

Last question first... BWDIK = But What Do I Know? You will see many people use that expression on these threads... and for good reason... we may have been around awhile, may have been burned a few more times, but we NEVER take it upon ourselves to mislead people into thinking we KNOW what we are talking about (okay wise guys and girls out there... I AM speaking for myself and not for you).

I went back to the drawing boards tonight to see what indicator I could use to try to see what might be in store for us and Jerry, for MSFT and DELL...

Using a 144 day projection oscillator with 34 day slowing, I found that most of the indices including NAZ, DJ, VGY and NYSE... the worst is yet to come... we should have a strong downdraft of 5 - 10% MORE on the downside... DOW 7,200 as I forecast several weeks ago looks good at this point.

Using the same technique on MSFT and DELL:

- MSFT will sell off even more and get down to the 110 level worst case ( 90 if it breaks 105) or 120 best case.

- DELL shows a delayed reaction with a worst case sell-off down to 80.

Of course all bets are off if the BK comes...

BWDIK?

Regards,

Bill
