Hi KM,

Please don't diss Dallas so much. You can live here for 1/3 the price of living in a shitbox in CA - and fly there, or elsewhere, to an interesting place for the weekend for a few $000s, maybe less if you shop around.

Most people in CA spend a long time in their offices and otherwise trying to save money for mortgage pagements. How do you enjoy CA's fabulous weather if you spend most of your time indoors?

I wish I could live there, but regardless of thread sentiment, IMHO living in CA is reserved for long time residents.

Regards,

Jay
