If everyone would go back and read Glenn Olsen's previous posts he explains the timely press releases with the increases in volume. I'll try to explain but, I can't guarantee the exactness.

Basically the buyers of the Reg S/D shares are currently shorting the stock in the volumes they will buy. If I am correct, you cannot short a stock unless it is on an uptick. To create an uptick, Quadrax releases a "positive" press release for the purchasers. When the Reg S issues are finally issued the stock drops due to dilution and then the shorters cover reaping the price difference. I believe that the stock will drop to 7/16 when the shares are issued.

I'm probaly going to get blasted for this but, HLL and Jeff need to wake up and smell the coffee. Do you actually think JP would get on a radio show and say something negatively about the company? If you have followed this stock for the last two years you will know that JP is a bigger hypster than the ones that exist on this board. It amazes me that when someone presents a contrarian opinion they either get acused of being an insider, a shorter, or just flat out blasted. Get out your Bibles and read the story about the people blasting Noah when he said there was going to be a great flood. What happened to them? It's hard to face the truth but I have. This company is a farce and until they dump JP it will always be a farce, or bankrupt.

If anyone is interested in a real thermoplastic company that has large customers then check into Zoltek. I do not own am just aware. It has went from 23 to 50 in the last six months. They just opened a large plant in Texas and it will probaly be the supplier for the aforementioned oil rigging equipment. I sure in the hell wish I would have sold my QDRX and bought Zoltek like a poster back then suggested.
