Oh, I don't know - perhaps that radical concept of selling the customer what they really want and need, and knowing your field well enough to inform the customer if they're ignorant of the possibilities? Tends to make for better long-term relationships when the customer sees a history of you watching out for their best interests, instead of selling what you have even if it's only just "suitable" rather than an excellent match.
