I2: Thank you for alerting us to an intriguing conversation. This
issue of discussing Brinker's proprietary news letter on the internet
is, indeed, a thorny one. As usual, I see that you handled it quite
deftly and with your usual aplomb. The fact that Brinker's newsletter
is available at some fancy public libraries does complicate the matter,
as you suggest.

There is little question that Brinker's signal to sell the market,
if and when it ever comes, will take seconds to reach cyber space,
as one of the Ultratech contributors opined. Even the genius of a
Brinker may find itself hard pressed in arriving at a solution to
that seemingly insoluble problem.
