I recently received an investors package based on interest generated from the L3 contract award. Frankly, I was unimpressed. However, the line of credit expansion and favorable comments today are encouraging. Anybody have any thoughts on the warrants (PENCW)? Also, EDGAR has some sort of filing that seems to indicate a lot of pending dilution--like 2 million shares. Anybody with an interpretation?
