i believe that is already available. free child care may also be available. there are many, many jobs open and go unfilled in these snack shop stores with gasoline. It is not only welfare but kids who just do not want to work. You would think out in the country maybe these kids would be more open or driven to part time work. nope. seems it doesn't matter if mail line, or lancaster pa jobs go unfilled.
